Fascinating Fanart: Droids of Star Wars!

What would Star Wars be without its droids, which are overflowing with personality?  It's pretty much a staple for any good story told within the universe, as we've been able to tell just based on the trailers for The Force Awakens.  This is it, kids!  I'm going to see the movie today and here's my last OMG-I'm-so-excited-can-you-believe-there's-a-new-film-that-just-came-out-and-I-get-to-see-it post!  Are you going to see the movie this weekend, too?

Criteria: -Must be in a fantasy or period piece (exceptions where time-travel or feudalism is involved) . -Must wear some type of armor  (cloth, fur, etc. armor acceptable) . -Must actually be capable of fighting  (not just wearing armor for show). -Must wield a weapon other than a gun (i.e. a staff, a bow, a sword, etc) .
