I've included actors from pilot projects that were never picked up and actors who were set to play live-action characters and had promotional photos taken, even if they never ended up getting any screen time.  :)

If you are looking for a new character that has just appeared on the big (or small) screen, it probably won't make the list until the whole season has aired or the movie is available to buy.
