Nerdy Werewolf

Did you grow up watching Elvira's Movie Macabre  (1981)?  The "re-vamp" done in 2010 ( Movie Macabre )?  What about that horror-comedy she was in: Mistress of the Dark ?  You either know exactly who I'm talking about or you're in a generation deprived of this type of tv gimmick.  It made watching really bad horror movies fun, though.   If you love film like I do, it's one of the things you need: to see past all of the mediocre special effects and enjoy the story-even if you're just laughing the whole time.  Elvira went out of her way to make it a fun experience and those who can appreciate that love her for it.  So, enjoy these fan depictions of the ultimate gothic valley girl. It was really a toss-up.  Do I do classic movie monsters, or do I go look for stunning art related to my favorite Halloween movie of all time?!  Okay, so it wasn't really a toss up.  Here's the deal, people: Have you not seen Trick 'r Treat ?  Because it's damn near perfect and a horror fan's fondest wish.  It's gory where it needs to be while not putting you off, it's got surprises left and right and of course, just the right amount of humor.  Here's to Sam!   Sam by Chris Uminga
