Um...who doesn't love Scooby Doo?  Did you know that the original cartoon " Scooby Doo: Where Are You? " aired in 1969?  Crazy, right?  Since then, there's been no shortage of shows or movies starring these beloved characters.  According to the fan art, though, we like Velma way more than Fred. Man!  This one was harder than I thought it'd be!  I thought I'd just go find some awesome pieces of Dinah Lance.  All the internet offered up was a bunch of sultry (and uncomfortable-looking) poses that didn't represent her in the way I'd imagine she'd actually lounge around.  I mean, surely if the bottom half of your costume consisted of nothing but fishnet stockings, you'd lay around with your butt in the air all the time, am I right??  Ew.  That said, hats off to the artists listed below for creating these beautiful portraits that are still sexy, but not in a degrading way. I can completely see why so many people have chosen Eleven as 'their' Doctor.  I didn't get it while he was current (don't kirr me!), but I was still sore over the loss of Ten.  Looking back, though, there were some really great moments during his run!  I can't wait to view Eleven's series again and really appreciate his energy.  He's always so happy and fun or very dark and serious.  Plus, he constantly had amazing companions. First of all, if you're an artist of any kind and you love this character like I do-draw her!  There is not nearly enough art out there representing her.  Barbara Gordon's story is pretty well known.  She's the daughter of Commissioner Jim Gordon and becomes Batman's associate, Batgirl.  The part you may not know is that at one point, the Joker shoots her in the spine and paralyzes her.  It's sad, but it's part of the story (or it was...comics!!  Gah!).  Does she give up?  Does she decide to go live a normal life?  NO.  Like a total badass, she takes up the new mantle of 'Oracle' and keeps track of everything going on in Gotham, reporting to Batman as usual.  She's a hero in every sense of the word and one of the most treasured characters in comics.
