Nerdy Werewolf

Whether they are straight-up Sith, Acolytes or just some Separatist jackasses, these are the bad guys of Star Wars.  The only people you won't be seeing are from The Force Awakens .  This is really because I don't know what kind of twist they're planning...So, I'll be doing some posts on those characters around the time it's released on DVD (Blu-ray... whatever !).  I'm just pumped for the film and so we're going to continue to celebrate the universe of Star Wars until it's release.  Yay! May the arts be ever in your favor!  I don't know...it's early.  Don't judge.  This is a mixture of really spectacular art made from before *and* after the movies came out, so if a character doesn't look just like their movie-star  counterpart, that's probably why.  It was a successful book series first, ya know? Criteria: -Must be in a fantasy or period piece (exceptions where time-travel or feudalism is involved) . -Must wear some type of armor  (cloth, fur, etc. armor acceptable) . -Must actually be capable of fighting  (not just wearing armor for show). -Must wield a weapon other than a gun (i.e. a staff, a bow, a sword, etc) . Oh, man...I had so much fun putting this one together.  It's kind of ridiculous how much gender-swap art there is out there and I had to stop myself.  Do I just do one subject?  Hell, no!  Let's do *everything*!  So, I just grabbed what I'm a fan of and tried to find some genderbent female characters (for some reason people love turning dudes in to chicks waaaay more).  Anywho, enjoy! Blame the new Supergirl show.  I'm still on the fence as to whether or not I lurve it, but it's definitely fun and it's about time the girls had a superhero of their own on TV (Wonder Woman from the 70s doesn't count, guys).  There's some really amazing art of Superman's cousin in here ranging from classic costumes to 'I think I'll just make something up'.  Haha...I really want to say something about how super she is, but I'm sure you already know.
